Dustystaytrue Drops a Smooth New Video for His Single "Know You"

22-year-old artist Dustystaytrue provided us with a new visual for his smooth, vibrant track "Know You." With only six songs on streaming platforms (and only one song under 500,000 streams, since it was just released), Dusty has been able to create a loyal and active fanbase who always remain eager for his next release. The video for "Know You" pays homage to one of the New Haven, Connecticut, native’s influences, DMX - and his video for "How It's Goin' Down." The video’s visuals are clean; its director, Frankie Fire, was able to compile a stellar sequence of shots to tell the song's story.
A light guitar beat over an upbeat drum line allows Dusty to create a breezy flow with an infectious melody. Juggling the lifestyle of an upcoming, successful music career and dedicating time to a possible relationship is the strain we see Dusty trying to work through in "Know You.” Through meaningful verses and catchy choruses, Staytrue delivers once again. Dusty has full potential to encapsulate audiences with songs like this; needless to say, I won’t be surprised if I hear him on radios across the country soon.
